ABOUT
Growing up, Charlie always found himself enamored by the performing arts. He was inspired from watching his older sisters perform in dance recitals and competitions. After constant begging and pleading his mother decided to sign him up for dance classes, and the rest was history! Dance continues to serve as Charlie’s outlet for artistic expression and escape from the chaos of everyday life.
After many years of competitive dance, Charlie found himself discovering different mediums of performing. He got himself wrapped into the Connecticut theatre community where his love for live theatre was fostered. His passion for theatre blossomed and he began seeking routes to pursue his passion as a career.
After high school he found himself at Elon University in North Carolina to receive a BFA in Musical Theatre to strengthen their skills in all disciplines of Musical Theatre and beyond.
Throughout his undergrad, Charlie not only learned new performance techniques, but also deepened his understanding of music theatre as a whole. Inspired by the works of dance legends like Bob Fosse and Michael Bennett, Charlie strives to create his art from a place of authenticity.
After completing his BFA, Charlie feels well equipped with the tools to be a successful performing artist and well-rounded human being.
Charlie is passionate about collaborating with other artists to tell stories through acting, singing, and dance. He firmly believes that there is a space for everyone in theatre.
